Exchange and Return Policy
At PSL Jaipur we follow Strict No Exchange and Return Policy. Exceptions are made under Two Conditions:
1. The recieved Product is Damaged or has a manufacturing Defect
2. The Delivered Product mismatches the Order
If the recieved product matches any of the two conditions mentioned above kindly get in touch with us within 24 hrs of receiving of the product. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the product at info.psljaipur@gmail.com . We will review the photographs and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter.
If your product is eligible for Return you will get a mail from our side notifying the same and we will get it picked up from your location.
Once we recieve the product our operations team will review the product and approve for return. Please allow 2-4 days for processing the return.
Once we review the product we will issue the refund or exchange the product whichever is suitable.
Please Note:
• Product should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels and packing defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.
• The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
• In case of refund payment gateway charges will be deducted (2.5%) as its a change beyound our control.
